Our Absolute Beginner Series was so popular at our east studio, we’re now offering it at our west studio. This series is the best place to start if you’re new to yoga or
have little experience and want to increase your knowledge. Wear comfortable clothes as you’ll learn basic yoga poses with emphasis on proper alignment with a step-by-step approach. Practice breathing and relaxation exercises to calm your mind and improve focus on and off the mat. In this informative series, Yoga Sanctuary instructors Rachael Sellars and Kim Meoli will also teach you about yoga’s benefits and how poses can be modified for different abilities. Expect time for questions and discussion, and a fun, informal atmosphere so you’ll have the tools
and confidence to progress to our ongoing classes. You may sign up for individual sessions, but we recommend you attend all four for a solid foundation.
