Cosmetically this looks great - there is one small scratch low on one side and two small spots where the bottom drawer meets the unit - but these do not take away from the appearance and functionality of the unit. This is a great playground for kids of all ages. It has 2 swings, a set of rings, a slide, a little fort with a steering wheel and a scope. It has a rope ladder and a rope to climb, just an all around great playground. I am asking less than a 1/3 of what I bought it for (1100.00). It is still in very good condition!! 300.00 Is a steal!! I have 3 SAFEWAY gates by Kidco available for sale. They were purchased at USA BABY for $80 each. These gates are perfect for either the top or bottom of a stair case. They are permanently mounted. Each comes with all screws and hardware. They have and exclusive directional feature that prevents the gate from swinging out over the staircase. Constructed of strong tubular steel. The height is 30" and the coating is non-toxic. The gate is adjustable and fits openings 24 3/4" -43 1/2". They are white. I never had to worry about my toddlers falling down the stairs with these gates in place. Now that they are removed the few screw holes have been filled with wood filler and you could never tell that they were there. The gates are in excellent condition.

I was going to sell this on eBay. Look it up and see how much these are going for. I am on bed-rest for the final part of my pregnancy, so I don't want the hassel of selling it there.

I bought this off of ebay a little while back. I thought I was having a boy, but found out it's a girl. That is the ONLY reason I am selling this...so I can get something more girly for her.

I bought it brand new off of ebay. The person received this at their baby-shower. They did the same thing I did...set it up, took it down and sold it. I received it, set it up...took it down and put it in my closet. It is in excellent condition. To my knowledge, there has never been a baby sleep in it.

This picture is NOT of the actual one because my camera is dead and I have no extra batteries right now.

The one that I have is a green...neutral color. Not a bright green...it is a VERY CUTE Co-Sleeper. An absolute MUST HAVE for any new parent. Like I said, I am only selling this so I can put the money towards my girly pink co-sleeper.

Please don't ask me to lower the price. $35 is an amazing deal for this. After several no-shows, I am asking that you only respond if you are serious about buying this.
