Compensation info:
- $200/day
- This is a short term contract job probably lasting about a month or less, but may be extended

This sales job is a commission based only. We are looking for both part time and full time. Must have own vehicle. There will be very little travel. There are bonuses and trailing commissions. Your Commissions can reach well over $100k per year!
Ideal for single starter looking to cut living expenses using this subsidy while hustling up conventional employment. Nothing permanent. Maybe two to three months of renovation/landscaping work on expensive house that has no mortgage whatsoever.
Prefer a female because a 27yo attractive female is already taking advantage of this incentive, reduced rent program.
She came here with only two days of work per week, crying for reduced rent, and now has fulltime employment at $20/hour in a local casino. She'll be moving closer to her casino downtown Dec 1.
So I'm going to try it again with another female that needs reduced living expenses subsidy.
You don't have to be an expert in carpentry, landscaping, etc, just be willing to work and take instruction on what has to be done requiring little supervision. If you're lazy and want a free ride, forget about moving here.

This is a great position for someone that is between jobs and getting unemployment. The pay isn't great but if your getting unemployment it will help you and me both.
