Delta Star, Inc., a manufacturer of power transformers, mobile transformers and mobile substations in the United States has an immediate opening for a Plant Engineer in San Carlos, CA.

The Plant Engineer will plan, direct, and coordinate activities for plant operations related but not limited to design, construction, modifications, and systems (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic) and maintenance of equipment and machinery. Assist Operations Manager in the day to day handling of technical and operational issues.

The candidate for the position must have BS Engineering Degree or equivalent experience in plant engineering preferably in a heavy industry. Must know process engineering, process controls, plant hydraulics, and process safety management. Must be team oriented, able to multi-task and set priorities to achieve goals in key projects. Some travel required. Relocation package is available.

This is not a Computer Engineer or Chemical Engineer position. Relocation package available.

Education / Experience (required):
