This is a very nice TOP quality hay for sale. NO Weeds, mold, dust. Two types of hay. Alfalfa and an Alfalfa/Orchard mix - 70/30 1st cutting. Nice thin stems with LOTS of leaf.

Bales are custom baled for us to be tight, compact (compressed bales), and heavy. Alfalfa Bales are about 70-75 lbs and Alfalfa grass bales 150+ lbs. 3 string bales. NO Sun bleaching. Bales are shrink wraped and covered. Bales do not "pop" when opened, they stay together and flake with ease. This hay is tested for quality and has tested as PREMIUM. Premium hay is the best of the best. Not a high % protien or sugar but is high in fat and vitamins. about 75% leaf and flower. Nice thin stems.

Alfalfa/Orchard - $23. OK, I know the price seems high at first but, you actually save $. You pay about $18 a bale for 100lb bale of hay. I am selling 150+ lb bales for $23. For $5 more, you get an extra 50 lbs.

UPDATE!!! I took "Dusty" to his first little open show and he won his Showmanship and In hand trail class and took 2nd in Halter all showing against weanling to aged horses. He handled everything like a champ, never spooked and acted like an absolute angel!!! Tied to the trailer for a couple of hours and never pawed or anything!!! He's a GREAT boy!

"Rather Synful" is a 1/23/08 minimal (two spots) dun overo colt that is 13h and is out of an own daughter of Heath Bar None and by a Page Impressive, Barlink Macho Man and Intimidator bred horse. Handled A LOT!!! He has already learned to walk over the bridge, negotiate the backthroughs, 360 box, cones, poles and mailbox, started on sidepass. Has been led down the road about 20 times and is SUPER for all of it. He has been wormed, trimmed and leads, ties, bathes, loads....big enough and built good enough to halter now with a little more fitting. He will be big enough to do the lungeline and HUS! We have several horses/ ponies that we are partial leasing to beginners- advanced riders off all ages.

These horses are barrel racing/ pole / Gymkhana / trail riding / pleasure/ reining horse/ rope horses that we are leasing on a monthly bases.

If you lease a horse:
$100 a month, ride 1 time a week, super deal!!
$200 a month, includes riding the horse 2xs a week.
$300 a month includes riding the horse of your choice 3xs a week,
if you want to ride your leased horse 4-5 xs a week it is only $400 a month..

This is very affordable, you cant even rent a horse for a one time 1 hour trail ride for less that $70 for the nose to butt trail horses.

You will have to keep a schedule of times you plan on riding the lease horse, so other lessees or the owners will have that horse available for you to enjoy and ride!!!

Signed contracts and Riding Waivers will be given to be signed for anyone riding the horses.

If you have ever wanted a horse, but didnt want to purchase, vet, shoe and be responsible for the feed and care, but would love to just come and ride, this is perfect..

We provide a clean private bathroom with sink and mirror. We also include twice a week turn outs. The property is monitored 24 hours of care by knowledgeable horse people and owners. exercising, training, grooming, bathing, lessons, clipping, equine massage and round pen work for additional fees.
The board is $ 300 a month.

horse training is for barrelracing, poles, gymkhana, trail horse, and just basic problems with horses.

Lessons are $25 half hour and $45 an hour and are for begginers to advance

We have great horses for partial lease on a monthly basis for as little as $100 a month.. very inexpensive.
