Position: R.N.'s HOME CARE (Registered Nurse)
Job Description:
* Applicants must have a devotion to providing quality nursing care, enjoy their independence, be self-motivated and desire a rewarding career
* Make initial patient assessment visits, identify physical and emotional needs, use the nursing process to determine the best approach
* Establish patient care plan and implement the care.
* Regularly re-evaluate the patient care and revise the plan of care as indicated and needed.
* Change dressings, irrigations, catheter care and wound care.
* Additional Nursing procedures: IV, therapy, TPN, GT, NGT, O2, trach care, colostomy care, injections, venipuncture.
* Administer medication.
* Evaluate medication therapy and side effects.
* Assist in patient's rehabilitation.
Job Requirements:
* Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current licensure in the State of Nevada.
* Good verbal and written communication skills are required.
* Good organizational and leadership skills are required.
* Experience is preferred but not necessary.

Pay Rate: $45,000.00 to $75,000.00 Yearly
