My roommate was suppose to be leaving in Jan. but how she is leaving go move back in with her mom and help her keep her house. So I have until the end of the week to find somewhere to live or be homeless. I wasn't expecting to have to leave until Jan. so I haven't saved much money to move.

I am 26 (27 on the 15th) I am single, white, male. Right now I work for a guy in henderson fixing computers that he resells and I will start getting more business from him soon. I also do web/graphic design and computer repair from home. I am able to pay $100 a week if you just want to rent me a room but I can only pay weekly and I don't have the money for a deposit but I am clean and respectful.

If I can exchange work I am willing to do whatever, I can cook, clean, personal assistant (I have had experience), driver, outside cleaning and lawn, ect. I have allot of computer skills and I also know how to fix dirt bikes, motorcycles, cars. I have experience with doing some home maintenance also and I am good at fixing things, some plumbing, painting, gardening, ect.

I do not have any transportation right now, my motorcycle was stolen about a month ago but I do have a valid and clean/clear license. I plan on buying a scooter once I get on my feet but right now I mostly work from home and then the guy I work for in henderson picks me up and drops me off.

I am very quiet and keep to myself, I do not smoke, have no pets, dont do drugs, rarely drink, very clean, I have no problem not having anyone over to your house. I have my own internet, I dont require any cable or tv or anything just a room and either a bed or help to get my bed over to you and hopefully a washer/dryer in the home I can use. The only area I need access to in the house is my room, a bathroom, and the kitchen, I will not go in the living room very much or at all if you don't want me to.

I know that $200 is low and half of that will end up going towards the extra utilities from me being there, but if we could do that setup for a couple months then I could start paying $400 a month or if you are happy to have the other money made up for by doing work we can keep it going.

I think that I could bring allot to the table for the right person. I am very much not picky, I eat a certain diet and I do not even need to use the refrigerator for the most part and really not the kitchen that much, I am easy to get along with and I am good with animals also and have no problem helping take care of them.

One thing I do ask is that we have a set amount of things that you expect from me for the exchange work part I am not lazy but I also don't expect to have to do 40hr a week of free work for a couple hundred dollars a month of trade. I would be looking to do about 10 hr a week, I have work that I do and I need to be able to work and go fix computers when I am needed.

I am moving to Las Vegas. I will be driving from the east coast with my guys (2 rescued hound dogs and 2 rescued cats. All of them are extremely friendly and sociable). I got them from the local SPCA. All of them were both abused so they are skittish around other people. They will not bite or hurt a thing.

I am looking for a place to rent for 2 months until my wife arrives. The dogs do not have to be kept inside. They prefer to live outside anyway and they will have their own comfy dog house and be protected from the elements.

I am a painter by trade so I can contribute to painting or some carpentry work.

Once again, they have screwed me over. Guys, I've had so many bad memories while I lived at Desert Shadow Apt that I thought I'd let people know. The rents have changed every month due to the fact people who work at the office are very poorly trained, especially if you have pet(s). They will lose your document and blame it on you for not turning them it on time just to mention a couple. I mean it just has been a night mare for us. The biggest problem has been that IT'S NEVER ( IMEAN BEVER NEVER ) THEIR FAULT NO MATTER HOW BAD THEY F-UP. Just be careful and reconsider if you are (were) interested in moving in to Desert Shadow Apt. It has been horrible experience for me.
