It is the responsibility of the Employee Relations Specialist to provide advice and counsel to managers and employees in the resolution of employee-related problems, discipline and discharge. All duties are to be performed to departmental and Bellagio policies, practices and procedures. <br>

JOB REQUIREMENTS: <br>

Two to three years Employee Relations experience required or 3 year experience in Human Resources. <br>

Experience in a hotel/casino is preferred.  <br>

Ability to be pro-active and look beyond problems and current practices to develop solutions to maximize the effectiveness of the department. <br>

Possess a good working knowledge of policies, procedures and laws concerning employee relations and investigative procedures. <br>

Knowledge of local, state and federal agencies that provide enforcement of the National Labor Relations Act, Fair Labor Standards Act and other legislation. <br>

Mediation skills for effective resolution of issues. <br>

Good working knowledge of PC computer software programs. <br>

Must be motivated, energetic and looking for an exciting opportunity to counsel and assist potential students with enrollment at our campus locations. <br>

The Admissions Advisor duties include:<br>
<br>
•	Presenting the school and its programs to prospective students and families<br>
•	Interviewing applicants through telephone contact and personal interviews to determine motivation, interest, effort and ability to qualify for various programs<br>
•	Reviewing programs and touring the campus with prospective students<br>
•	Processing student enrollments; and maintaining database system to tract prospective students and enrollments<br>
<br>
Qualified candidates will preferably have:<br>
<br>
•	2-5 years of admissions experience in a postsecondary vocational education environment<br>
•	Candidates with recruitment and or related sales experience will also be considered<br>
•	Requires knowledge of computer applications<br>
•	Ability to multi-task<br>
•	Exceptional social and customer-focused skills<br>
•	Strong detail orientation and organizational abilities<br>
•	Persuasive communication skills<br>

- Processing Team Member applications and assisting in other staffing activities. <br>
- Conducting behavioral interviewing screening and skills tests. <br>
- Examining Team Member files to answer inquiries and provides information to authorized persons. <br>
- Preparing and organizing large quantities of mail and or paperwork. <br>
- Ensuring that all filing is processed accurately and in a timely manner. <br>
- Assisting in the creation, preparation and distribution of packets including correspondence, forms, reports and other various materials. <br>
- Delivering mail, paperwork, and other items throughout the property. <br>

Compensation Manager - ARIA Resort & Casino<br>

Job Functions:<br>
It is the responsibility of the Compensation Manager to effectively administer the Compensation Program at ARIA, which encompasses wage & salary administration and the execution of all employee related personnel transactions. This position serves as the primary liaison between the property and Corporate Human Resources on all compensation related matters to ensure compliance with the MGM MIRAGE Compensation Policy. <br>

At least three years Compensation experience in the Finance/Human Resources field with an additional two years Human Resources management experience to include Compensation and/or Financial Analysis<br>

Solid organizational skills to function effectively in a fast-paced environment<br>

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail required to effectively perform all management duties<br>
<br>
Ability to read and evaluate written material, meet targeted deadlines, and be able to handle assignments that are sensitive or confidential in nature<br>
