You will be talking to an attorney and not any "Attorney Backed Agencies", or "Attorney-Affiliated". Truthfully, that is a joke. Please watch out that scam. Why would they hide if they have licensed attorney? Again, if he is licensed and work from somewhere in California, how can you approach him/her on day to day basis? Is he accessible to meet you? Can you his physical office. Most of the attorneys from outside Nevada has their local agent working, procuring, and sending them the business to California. That is funny? You need a Nevada Licensed Attorney to work for you. Your home is in Nevada. Your attorney should be from Nevada? What would happen if you need help in contract interpretation? What would happen if you need to declare emergency bankruptcy and file it right away? What would happen if you need to file a wrongful foreclosure case?

Do they have any local, verificable address(es) and any website(s)? It is very important.
What is the name of the attorney? Get his license information.
Are they familair with RESPA?
Are they familiar with TILA?
Do they understand the mortgage, the escrow process, and the title laws of the state of Nevada?
