Now, I'm back and looking for other musicians with an ecclectic set of influences that include blues jazz and rock and Tom Waits (because we all know that he is his own genre).

I'm looking for advice from other musicians that have encountered this situation in the past. We are a 4 piece classic rock band that has been together for about 2 years. We are becoming more sucessful and are playing to bigger crowds. The problem is that our drummer has an anger problem and becomes very vocal to the other 3 of us when were playing. Not only is it distracting but it also is sometimes seen by others in the audience. This puts us in an awkward position since we can't stop playing just to tell him to knock it off. I'm sure we're not the first band to deal with this type of behavior. Any advice would be appreciated.
