Entry Level Case Manager Position. Applicant must have a background in Social Work or related field. Applicant should be a strong individual with the ability to work with minimal supervision. Experience with the homeless population is helpful. Applicant must also posses the ability to relate to both males and females of all ages with diverse backgrounds as well as children. Knowledge of community resources to meet the clients needs helpful. Must be computer literate in MS, must have the ability to perform crisis intervention. Applicant must have effective written and verbal communication skills. Bi-Lingual a plus but not required. Applicant must have a minimum one year experience in Case Management. This position is a Full time position with competitive salary and benefits. Applicant must be available to work some holidays, and weekends. E.O.E.
Other qualifications: High School Diploma required. Bachelor Degree is a plus but not required.
