I am new to Las Vegas and am looking to rent a room someplace close to the strip. I have a guranteed steady income so bills are not a problem I am looking to see what it out there. I would prefer a place with a private bath, If you have a pool or hot tub that is just a bonus. I Do not drink and I do not use drugs so I am not looking to move into a party house of any kind. Casual drinking is okay. If you are looking for a dependable honest roommate than stop your search and please send me an email with the details of what you have available.. and what it will cost.. Will consider more than 500 it was just a starting point.. Oh, I dont have a car so please if it is out in the middle of BFE it wont work.. Thanks a bunch
