I am 50 year old male non-US marketing consultant arriving January in Las Vegas to help a French cosmetics company set up distribution for the area.

I'm interested in a secure, nicely furnished room with a private bathroom, A/C, fast/reliable high-speed internet and basic linens, towels etc. I'm a responsible non-smoker, non drama, non party type and seek to live around likewise individuals.

As I may not bother to purchase a vehicle, my preference would be to live within a reasonable drive to the strip and within walking distance to a supermarket, a mall, perhaps restaurants and/or coffee shops etc.,.

I'm not allergic nor do I mind the presence of cats but I can not have them inside my room.

I can make a deposit through paypal and additional monthly payments through paypal or cash. I am concerned about security as I may potentially be receiving expensive samples. My current plan to arrive in Las Vegas on or about January 6, 2010.
