If you had to go out and purchase a house full of these items, it would cost you thousands of dollars. ALL YOU NEED TO BRING IS YOUR SUITCASE!

These homes are intended for people who are looking for temporary housing, but you can stay as long as you need to. The price goes lower the longer you stay. If you are moving to Las Vegas, keep your own stuff in storage while you search for a long-term home to rent or buy.

We include all the utilities in the rent, so you only have one payment. You will be paying about $200 more per month with the rent, but you will not be paying separately for the gas, power, water, cable TV, trash, etc.

Rates start at $1,400 monthly including utilities for a 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condo and go lower the longer you stay. Or, if you want to stay long term (a year), the rate can go as low as $995 if you pay the utilities yourself.
