 Gaming Service Technician 

<p><b>Purpose:</b>
<p>The purpose of this position is to repair, maintain, install, remove, document, and account for equipment leased to customers to result in timely responses, high performance equipment, and excellent customer relations.<p>

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b>

<ul><li><p>Visit casinos to perform repairs and preventive maintenance on machines to result in building and sustaining relationships with pit bosses, customers and casino personnel and to assure that Shuffle Masters equipment is continually in optimal operating condition.
<li><p>Respond to Service Calls to result in an accurate, timely and courteous manner.<li><p>Prepare and test company equipment prior to installation to result in fully functioning quality components and materials that are ready to be successfully installed.
<li><p>Install and relocate equipment to result in fully functioning devices within an acceptable time frame.
<li><p>Update and/or modify existing products to result in equipment modified to meet the customers specifications.
<li><p>Remove and/or relocate existing equipment to result in the extraction or re-positioning of products to meet the customer needs.
<li><p>Complete paperwork and documentation as instructed to result in accurate, timely reporting of information to management.
<li><p>Prepare and set up equipment for gaming shows to result in the optimal operation of Shuffle Master equipment, the minimization of technical difficulties, a positive customer perception and adequate on-site technical expertise to answer technical questions.
<li><p>Perform various types of basic maintenance associated with the Shuffle Master shop, warehouse and offices to result in a fully operable, safe and high image work place where employees achieve optimum productivity and customers perceive quality.
<li><p>Maintain the service data base to result in an accurate and timely documentation of key customer information that is used to create and support trends and patterns of service information.

<li><p>Conduct physical counts of Shuffle Master equipment and components that reside in casinos, service shops and service vans to result in an on-going accurate count of all assets and company knowledge of the location of all its equipment/components.
