The Web Designer will provide conceptual designs / comps based off of project requirements.  The position will require working on all stages of the design lifecycle from comp to final coding.  Thus production skills including graphic optimization and asset management are required.  This position will be responsible for designing online advertising media such as emails, flash / animated banners, landing pages, core web pages, and micro-sites.  Strong visual design, layout, and typographic skills with a sharp attention to detail are required.  The candidate must have experience working with designs that integrate into defined brand guidelines.

• Composition design and execution of online web banner advertisements, landing/detail pages micro-sites, email and promotional campaigns all within specified brand guidelines, project specifications and target audience. Many projects involve animation, video and XML fed technology.
• Produce, animate and execute Internet based projects such as web banners, landing pages, micro-sites, email blasts, and online video.
• Research & best practices for web design, production and animation development.

• BFA in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
• Excellent visual design skills necessary and outstanding design portfolio of interactive projects required
• Minimum 2 year professional web design experience preferred within an agency or in-house advertising/marketing department
• Qualified candidates will also have strong organizational skills, communication, and presentation skills
• Must be able to work effectively under deadlines and manage concurrent projects
• A strong understanding of web design best practices across the various forms of online creative

The Pre-Press tech supports all prepress functions including the accurate and timely release of all materials to all publications, vendors and/or properties following provided specifications.  Responsible for adhering to Company and Studio Brand and quality standards and production processes.

• Review and prepare all files for shipment to vendors, publications and/or properties including; Ad-send files to publications; FTP files to vendors; and Burn disks for Fed Ex delivery
• Check specifications on all jobs and make necessary final corrections/adjustment
• Retouch/color correct as necessary
• Update and maintain master image library and all supplied files as directed
• Ensure all deadlines and priority job timeframes are met or exceeded
• Process and complete any/all Pre Press checklists, forms, etc. associated with Pre Pressing jobs. Notify supervisor of any/all concerns or challenges with jobs
• Communicate recommendations for improving efficiencies in Studio process impacting ability to meet deadlines
• Assist with production artwork as requested
• Assist with archiving and quality control work as requested
