Knowledge and skills that are required but are not limited to:
• Daily Cash Reports, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Weekly Payroll, Expense Allocations, Sales/Work Orders, Purchase Orders, Receipt of Goods, General Ledger Entries, Inventory Control and Job Costing.
• Preparing and filing of monthly Sales and Use Tax Reports, Quarterly Payroll Reports and Year end Payroll W2 and 1099.
• Generating monthly and yearly financials reports and preliminary tax preparation.
• QuickBooks Accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Knowledge of Mas90/Mas200 base (customized accounting software)
• Ability to receive and execute specific instructions
• Manage the accumulation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of business results
• Ability to work with individuals with strong creative personalities
• Must be able to work in a fast pace environment, able to multi task, as well as being a team player
Requirements:
BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent job experience
10 years + experience as a Controller / full charge bookkeeper
Must have a sound understanding of financial reporting
CPA experience a plus
Ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential and non-routine information
