Open box never installed Dockmate 8' mooring whips. These were bought a couple years back and have been in the side yard. Somewhere along the way the whip lines were taken out or fell out. Everything else is here. Lines are just simple marine line and not that expensive. Cost has been discounted because of the missing lines. Box is rough but contents are like new...email if interested
