Airspool is a high-growth solar HVAC company (airspool.com, shop.airspool.com), and we’re looking for a sharp, trustworthy Executive Assistant to help us scale. You’ll be hands-on, managing projects in operations, marketing, finance, and communications—helping turn big ideas into real results.
Company Description
Airspool offers an innovative solution for energy-efficient air heating and air conditioning. Our unique system requires only 3 or 4 solar panels directly connected to the unit, eliminating the need for batteries, voltage regulators, converters, or inverters. Airspool’s DC motors operate on solar power, but can also plug into any 120v or 240v outlet for super-efficient operation using 22.5 SEER during cloudy or nighttime conditions. Committed to saving money and the environment, Airspool's 1-ton unit offers buyers the opportunity to recoup 30% of the purchase price through the Inflation Reduction Act.
What you’ll do:
Work toward achieving written goals
Draft clear, articulate writing...you're proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word)
Support with bookkeeping (QuickBooks experience a plus)
Contribute to digital marketing + PR campaigns
Research, analyze, and present info clearly
React to business situations and challenges as they arise (yes, we're striving for your role to be primarily proactive, but you'll be on point for when problems hit; thus, you need to be fine with wearing proactive and reactive hats semi-simultaneously)

Bonus points if you have:
Experience with Google Ads, Facebook/YouTube Ads, or influencer partnerships
Financial fluency (P&L, cash flow, balance sheets)
Design skills (PowerPoint, Photoshop, Canva)
Some knowledge of solar/renewables and/or come from a science or engineering background
Details:
Start: ~20 hrs/week
Path: Grow to 40 hrs/week as you prove yourself
Location: Hybrid/flexible (Las Vegas area required, with most work to be done in downtown Las Vegas)
