We're looking for an experienced Pool Service Manager to lead, train, and support our team of technicians while ensuring service quality, route efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows pools inside and out — and knows how to manage people, too.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Supervise and support a team of pool technicians across assigned routes
* Ensure all pools are serviced properly and consistently
* Train new technicians and reinforce best practices
* Conduct ride-alongs, quality control checks, and performance reviews
* Troubleshoot and assist with complex pool system issues
* Handle scheduling, route adjustments, and coverage for absent staff
* Serve as point of contact for escalated customer concerns
* Track inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance
* Use service software (e.g., Skimmer) to monitor daily operations
* Report directly to regional leadership and assist with hiring as needed
REQUIREMENTS
* ✅ 3+ years of pool service experience
* ✅ 1+ year in a leadership, team lead, or management role
* ✅ Strong knowledge of pool chemistry, filtration systems, and common repairs
* ✅ Valid U.S. driver’s license & clean driving record
* ✅ Strong organizational and communication skills
* ✅ Tech-savvy (able to use mobile apps and software tools)
* ✅ Comfortable working outdoors and managing field-based teams
* ✅ Must be able to lift 50 lbs and swim proficiently
