In this beginners course Sihing Spencer will go over the basics of posture, breathe, form and intention to learn the fundamentals of movement in the ancient art of Tai Chi. Tai Chi is a Chinese Martial Art that teaches you how to move your body efficiently in all aspects of your life and how to use any opponents strengths against them . The importance of movement is almost lost in our society and it can be seen with all the back and joint related problems that many people suffer from. Focusing our intention on our bodies movement is not only extremely beneficial for our health, it also strengthens the mind in form of moving meditation and can help people of all ages.
