Peak Signal Technologies is looking for independent appointment setters to help us book meetings with businesses, schools, municipalities, healthcare facilities, property managers, hotels, banks, and other organizations.
This is a work-from-home opportunity for someone who is comfortable making outbound B2B calls and following a simple script.
What we do:
Peak Signal Technologies helps organizations review and replace older copper/POTS phone lines. These lines are often still connected to critical systems such as fire alarm panels, elevator emergency phones, security systems, fax lines, building entry systems, gate access systems, pool phones, and backup phone lines.
Many organizations are still paying for these older lines even though they are becoming more expensive, harder to support, and harder to repair. Our job is to help them review what they have and determine if there is a better replacement solution.
Your role:
You will call businesses and organizations from provided lead lists, identify the correct person, ask a few simple questions, and book a 15 to 30 minute discovery appointment for our company.
This is not a complicated sales role. You are not expected to close the deal or explain technical details. Your job is to start the conversation and book the appointment.
Responsibilities:
Call provided B2B leads
Ask for the person who handles telecom, facilities, phone bills, fire alarm lines, elevator phones, or vendor management
Follow a provided script
Book qualified discovery appointments
Update call notes and outcomes
Send appointment details to Peak Signal Technologies
Follow up professionally when needed

Experience is helpful, but the most important things are consistency, professionalism, and the ability to make calls without overcomplicating the process.

Compensation:
This is a 1099 commission-only opportunity. There is no hourly pay, salary, draw, or guaranteed compensation.
Appointment setters receive 30% of commissions received by Peak Signal Technologies on qualified closed deals they source. This may include eligible upfront commissions and eligible residual commissions when applicable.
Commissions are paid after Peak Signal Technologies receives payment from the supplier or partner. Payouts are subject to customer installation, customer payment, cancellation, and supplier chargeback rules.
