We are looking for timeshare Exit Call Center Representatives that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidates will call existing timeshare owners, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
This is a 100% COMMISSION ONLY POSITION.
Hours of operation Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM -4:00 PM.
This is not a work from home position!
Responsibilities:
Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner.
Follow communication “scripts” and pass calls to a t/o manager.
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and pass your calls to a Senior Representative/Manager to book appointment.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Skills:
Previous experience in sales
Track record of over-achieving quotas.
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
Ability to read, write, speak English professionally.
