This is a remote position and doesn’t require coming to the office. I’m looking for a leader that has experience and a strong background in the Travel Club industry. I own a travel club, and I’m seeking an experienced leader that can hire, train, and maintain a customer service team to help existing members and new members on the navigation of the travel club Platform. The daily tasks will be setting up welcome calls for new members, doing tutorials with existing members, collecting annual renewals, and helping existing members and new members with booking vacations. Responding to social media reviews and maintaining all social media including our BBB accredited account. Our success is based on exceeding the highest level of customer service. This goal can be achieved by effective communications with the members and always responding to emails, answering calls and responding to chats and having experienced reps that will go above and beyond. Customer service operations is the key to maintaining a 5 star experience.
