We are looking for a timeshare Exit Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will call existing timeshare owners, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
This is a 100% commission position.
Hours of operation Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM - 4;00 PM.
This is not a work from home position!
Responsibilities
Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner
Follow communication “scripts” and pass calls to a t/o manager.
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and pass your calls to a Senior Representative/Manager to book appointment.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Skills
Previous experience in sales
Track record of over-achieving quotas
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Ability to read , write, speak English professionally.
Job Type: Full-time
Projected Total Compensation: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
