Hi. I live alone in a big house in Summerlin, and I run three businesses, and for recent medical reasons am now disabled somewhat both physically and psychologically (had to stop treating my ADHD).
My life is coming apart at the seams. I need help.
Some of the things I need help with:
- ordering household services (eg need a new dishwasher ordered and installed)
- loading and unloading dishwasher, putting away dishes
- running errands
- paying bills
- picking up mail
- changing garbage bags, taking garbage out
- breaking down boxes
- changing bedclothes
- doing laundry
- organizing clutter
- folding clothes
- deep cleaning kitchen
- cleaning coffee station and refilling supplies
- light shopping
- doing basic research on some of my projects (eg I need to find a truck to buy)
- calling contractors to get a shed installed
- cleaning my garage
- changing HEPA filters in air filters, changing HVAC filters in furnace
- mounting shelves (happy to teach you how to use a spirit level and a power drill if you don’t know, or you can find a handyman to come do it)
- building flat pack furniture
- …and many more that will come up.
It’s part cleaner, part laundry, part dishwasher, part executive/personal assistant. I want someone who has a general can-do attitude and is up for any task and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty and do the tasks that need to get done.
I have an alternative lifestyle so if you’re close minded or put off by weird people exercising their free will in harmless ways you haven’t seen before, this isn’t the gig for you.
I am neither hard left nor hard right and do not wish to engage with anyone who has strong partisan opinions about US politics.
You must be up to date on both your influenza and covid vaccines, as I am disabled and must take all precautions available to protect my remaining health.

Estimated time: 10-20 hours per week initially, going down to a more steady 10 hours a week as we get caught up. Flexible hours though you will need to be here for at least a short time (cycle dishwasher, run laundry) a minimum of 2-3x per week.
