Here’s what I’m looking for:
Experience with Airbnb or short-term rental turnovers
Reliable and detail-oriented, with great communication
Able to handle same-day check-ins and quick turnarounds
Laundry included – sheets and towels washed each turnover (No washer & dryer on site)
Restock coffee and guest supplies from an on-site cleaner’s closet
Bring your own cleaning supplies
Valid insurance required for building access
