These are carpeted bedrooms with central air (AC & Heat). All utilities, water, trash, electric, Free WiFi and some streaming included.
Bedroom "B" is a non-smoking, carpeted, with a huge window, keyless locks, optional twin bed and an optional 6' locker (inside or outside your room).
Please no smoking inside bedrooms/bathrooms etc, (smoking in the common room during bad weather is acceptable) ... no drugs, no warrants and no pedophiles.
Warning: We are remodeling the common room kitchen and 3rd bathroom this year.
The common room includes: washer, dryer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and Roku TV.
Property includes optional 10x10' storage shed ($100), Jacuzzi, BBQ, gazebo, a small Koi pond and gravel parking spaces.
