Pizza Maker ā Requirements
Proven experience working with pizza dough from scratch
Understanding of fermentation, stretching, and proper baking techniques
Experience with high-temperature ovens preferred
Clean, organized, and disciplined work habits
Passion for authentic pizza craftsmanship
