Welcome guests efficiently and courteously.
Prepare and serve beverages for guests and servers.
Accurately enter the cocktail into the POS system and collect money from guest.
Maintain a clean and safe environment that meets all Clark County Health Codes.
Make cocktail suggestions to guests and assist with questions they may have.
Ensure guests served meet legal age.
Retain an accurate cash bank and report any discrepancies to a manager.
Provide outstanding customer service and engage guests.
Report any service missteps or guest dissatisfaction to managers.
Maintain a well-stocked organized bar.
Other duties as assigned.
