We are a market sushi inside Smith’s at Skye Canyon. We are looking for experienced sushi chef and a food prep (food prep doesn’t have to be experienced but food related experience will be good). We are in Skye Canyon which is in the upper corner of Vegas. If you cannot commute, we cannot work with you. Please consider this before reaching out.
Sushi Chef (experienced)

Full time preferrably
Time: 6:30am or 7am ~ 2pm
Pay $15~18 depending on experience
Food Prep
Dates (we can discuss)
Part time only
Time: 2pm ~ 6:30pm
What you will do is work on carrots, cucumbers, washing cabbage, making sauce, mixing crab salad with mayo, making sauce, organizing storage, and other tasks that the day requires. At the end of the day, you have to clean the floor and close.
We are also looking for managers—those who want to work as a salary base while dedicating full time. We can discuss this if you are interested.
With the nature of us being market sushi, we are looking for those with quick hands. We make a lot of bentos per day. If you are dedicated to working long term, please reach out at 213 776 2209.
