The Nori is currently hiring servers to join our team.
Work Hours:
• Monday – Thursday: 11:30 AM – 10:00 PM
• Friday: 11:30 AM – 12:00 AM (Two Shifts)
• Saturday: 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Two Shifts)
• Sunday: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Servers are required to arrive 30 minutes before opening.
Shift Details:
• Day shift works independently until 4:00 PM
• Restaurant is closed from 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM (1-hour break)
• Night shift: 5:00 PM – closing with busser support
Shift Length:
8–10 hours per day
Compensation:
• Starting pay: $12.00/hour + tips
• Based on performance and skills, starting pay may increase up to $14.00/hour
• Two-week trial period required
