We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a vibrant restaurant environment. A Reliable person, the one that is looking for a long term position.
Responcibilities:
- provide exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality food and beverage service.
-ensure each guest feels welcomed and valued while maintaining the standards of our fine dining establishment.
-Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
-Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
-Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff Clover POS system.
-Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring satisfaction with each course.
-Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests, demonstrating excellent guest services.
-Process payments accurately using cash register systems.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
-Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
-Uphold the restaurant's standards of hospitality, professionalism, and fine dining etiquette.
Skills:
-Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, especially in fine dining.
-Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and guest services.
-Ability to handle cash register operations efficiently and accurately.
-Familiarity with POS.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer interaction.
-Strong sales skills to promote menu items effectively while enhancing the guest experience.
-Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
-A positive attitude and willingness to help team members as needed.
