Job Overview
looking for energetic, friendly, and dependable Servers to provide an exceptional dining experience for every guest. We’re seeking team players with positive attitudes who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy delivering outstanding customer service. Previous serving experience is preferred but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
* Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude
* Take food and beverage orders accurately using our POS system
* Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring quality and presentation
* Maintain knowledge of the menu and make recommendations to guests
* Check on guests throughout their meal to provide excellent service
* Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
* Maintain a clean and organized dining area
* Assist with opening, closing, and side work
* Work closely with the kitchen and fellow team members to ensure a smooth service
Qualifications
* Previous serving or restaurant experience preferred
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
