Price is for EVERYTHING!

I'm in the Far East Side of town in Lake Las Vegas...

I can't say ENOUGH that I love LOVE this car... BUT... I'm now caring for my MUM and I need to had this off to someone else who also LOVES civics and want's to finish restoring this! And ether FLIP it or DRIVE it FOREVER...

Clean CarFax... I'm the 3rd owner... It has spent it's time in AZ & NV...

My intent was to restore this and just drive it for the REST of my LIFE! LOL

Given I don't have time to deal with this process, your going to get SUCH a deal!

I've had this sense 2016! Once this project is done this will will last a LIFETIME which was my plan...

I have recipients for all of this as well and I'm happy to hand them over if you want them! They date from about a year ago on...

I have the Title in hand from the original purchase in 2016, to verify clear title we can even go to the DMV and swap ownership...

Pros: What have I done to restore this?!!

2020 - Safety Recall from Honda - Airbag replace @ Honda Henderson...

Swapped the engine and computer with a Japanese Model D15 with around 55,000 to 60,000 miles! ( More horsepower than the stock model ) All cylinders where pressure tested and 100% before installing...

Changed out transmission fluid with Genuine Honda Automatic Transmission Fluid ATF DW-1

Changed out coolant and all hoses...

Replaced - Extensive Purchases from Rock Auto ( all the labor is DONE! )

Both - Front Wheel Control Arms

Both - Front Shock / Strut & Coil Spring Assembly

Cons:

Doesn't run will need to be towed...

To be honest the interior needs a TON of work and redone all together... Never smoked in it / doesn't smell just very WORN!

Exterior is UGLY in that is primered ( was going to PAINT IT ) with all emblems removed ( I have them in a bag! )

Battery is DEAD... Haven't run it in a few months... ( so if you want to test the engine, bring a battery! )

Tires are OK, but should be swapped out they are around end of life, especially with a new strong D15 engine!

OEM Bumper Clips is on their really good but could be swapped out...
Needs Both visors - Junk Yard

Trunk lock is loose...

Ignition key is different that doors, had to replace it...

Bonus Items:

I still have the original engine ( well my neighbor does and you can have that too if you would like it ). One cycle was very low pressure and needs to restored.

Genuine Honda Power Steering Fluid ( 3 bottles )

Genuine Honda Automatic Transmission Fluid ATF DW-1 ( 4 bottles )
