Fireproof, waterproof. Has a factory code and can be programmed with your own code. Can also set a PIN number that can be deleted later if you want to give someone temporary access. I do have the factory code as well as the users guide. Requires a 9 volt battery. Please see below for information regarding the mechanical components.

**The plastic piece shown in the photo is spring loaded. When you turn the handle to open the door, the plastic piece is pushed in, allowing the door to open. It does not push in. Looks like an easy fix. Maybe adjust the spring. Otherwise it works fine.
