This is a deeded fractional ownership. Gated, fully fenced resort with both back in and pull through sites to chose from. You are not assigned a specific site, your membership allows you to make reservations and pick a site when you arrive. Located off the main Hwy for ease of arrival and departure. Pahrump is a full service town with hospital, Drs, Albertsons, Walmart, various fueling options, restaurants, casinos, city park and is a gateway to Death Valley.

Preferred has beautiful mature trees, outdoor games, lots of lawn, fenced dog parks, a clubhouse, wood shop, beautiful heated pool with retractable roof, hot tub, lots of activities: sewing, stained glass, various card games and much more.
