Most items are brand new. You are free to inspect them and test as best as possible. I only accept cash and there are no returns. Generally, I have found 99% of items to be in perfect working order and like new. Occasionally there is a bolt missing, the item was used prior to return but still working like new, or some other minor imperfection. Please inspect as desired as I do not accept return.
