Global Resources & Supports is seeking an experienced, motivated, and solutions-driven Program Manager to support our Nevada operations. This leadership role provides oversight of both Residential Services and Vocational/Day Services within a growing provider agency serving fewer than 60 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
We have a strong and dedicated team in place and are looking for a leader who can provide operational oversight, critical thinking, staff support, and program coordination while maintaining a person-centered, HCBS-compliant service environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of residential and vocational/day services operations
Supervise, coach, and support direct support staff and junior leadership
Ensure all documentation is accurate, timely, person-centered, and HCBS compliant
Conduct routine documentation reviews, staff retraining, quality assurance checks, and compliance monitoring
Maintain programs in an audit-ready state at all times
Troubleshoot operational concerns and respond quickly with effective solutions
Collaborate closely with the executive leadership team on program operations, staffing, compliance, and strategic planning
Support incident follow-up, corrective action planning, and quality improvement initiatives
Assist with scheduling oversight and staffing coordination
Step in operationally when needed during staffing shortages, call-outs, or urgent program needs
Identify trends, connect operational details, and anticipate future needs before issues arise
Develop innovative, practical solutions while maintaining regulatory compliance and service quality
Monitor fiscal responsibility including staffing efficiency, overtime awareness, resource utilization, and program sustainability
Promote a culture of professionalism, accountability, teamwork, and person-centered service delivery
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Education, Recreational Therapy, or related field preferred
Experience managing residential and/or day/vocational services for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
Strong working knowledge of HCBS standards, documentation compliance, and quality assurance expectations
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Ability to anticipate operational needs, “connect the dots,” and proactively implement solutions
Comfortable coaching staff, retraining teams, and maintaining accountability with professionalism
Must be flexible with scheduling, including occasional evenings, weekends, or emergency program support when needed
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
