Our private practice is looking for a professional receptionist who will create value to our team with their exceptional talents Monday - Friday
The responsibilities will vary on a day-to-day basis including;
* Greet patients with a professional mannerism
* Scheduling patients
* Maintain patient accounts and records
* Insurance verification & coordination
* Confirm appointments
* Answering phones
* Insurance Verification
* Treatment Planning
* Schedule Management
We are looking for someone who has the following personal skills in being responsible, teamwork skills, active listening, empathy, patience, dependability, detailed, & a professional appearance.
