Animal Allergy and Dermatology Specialists is looking for EXPERIENCED (1 year minimum) LVTs!

**Not an LVT? We're looking for experienced VTITs and assistants, too!!**

DUTIES:
You'll still need to perform some of the normal duties you're used to such as...
Filling medications
Calculating drug dosages
Anesthesia monitoring
Assisting surgeries (laser, skin biopsies, intradermal allergy tests, ear flushes)
Obtaining accurate TPRs
Collecting lab samples (blood from various veins, urine via cystocentesis, etc)
Administering injections (SQ, IM, IV)
Practicing safe animal restraint in all variations
Placing IV catheters
Scheduling appointments/procedures
Typing SOAPs
Helping with light cleaning
Accepting payments
Discussing estimates in detail
Discussing treatment plans in detail
Bathing/paw soaks
Medical grooming
Nail trims
Obtaining accurate patient updates over the phone and in person for YOUR appointments
Frequent client communication- people skills a must!
Everything else, we can teach!

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will of course be detail oriented, calm, personable and eager to learn but, above everything else, we want someone who understands that we appreciate our clients and strive to provide them with the excellent care that they have come to expect- their pets, too, of course!!
