Female seeking apartment in Las Vegas - not Henderson nor Summerlin. I would like a pet-free building. I would like a building that has adequate heat. Would prefer a shorter lease term like 6 months, 3 months, or one month with the possibility to extend if it's a safe area and a well-maintained building. I am aware that Mezzo has one month lease terms and Harmon 370 has six month lease terms but those are not matches for me, so I am continuing to look. Would be open to a rental exchange for cooking or something similar also, if I had my own room and bath tub.
