Venini Quadreidri Spiral Crystal Chandelier - $3,500 (Las Vegas)

For sale is a true mid-century statement piece chandelier. I believe it is an authentic Paolo Venini, made in Murano, circa 1970. It is the "quadreidri" 4 lobe crystal design that creates a gentler more diffuse lighting effect, and is the exceedingly rare 7 tier spiral at 57" total height! It features over 160 hand blown murano crystals individually hanging on the solid brass tube skeleton with 14 incandescent bulbs inside (included).

The skeleton is an almost perfect shape and includes around 8 feet of antique brass chain, solid brass fixture anchor and the original antique brass ceiling escutcheon.

The crystals show their age to some degree, with maybe 30 of them having some kind of chips or nicks in the ends. None are broken and there are very few scratches, I would consider this more or less patina for the age of this vintage fixture.

The fixture is stunning in person, it is hung and wired for you to inspect. It is a little bit dusty from storage, I will also include a bottle of hagerty chandelier cleaner and all of the bubble wrap that you will need to safely transport all of the crystals. there is an extra crystal, I have no idea why, but since they go for between $12 and $25 each on eBay it's a nice little bonus :-)
