Loneliness.
everything is 3x as convenient, but 8x as lonely. you could have a whole dinner delivered to your home without speaking to a single person. since the creation of self-checkout, you cant even hope to brush fingertips with the cashier at the grocery store anymore. don't even get me started with virtual doctors appointments- what, does the doctor ask you to check your own prostate and describe how it feels so he can write that in his notes?
