House of Klear, an automotive products distributor based in Henderson, is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our small, fast-paced team.
This is a hands-on role with real responsibility from day one. We ship daily via UPS and FedEx, and accuracy matters — what you pick, pack, and label goes directly to customers.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
What you'll do:
Pick orders accurately from inventory using part numbers and shelf locations
Build and pack shipping boxes following our packing procedures
Operate a pallet jack, tape gun, and digital scale
Use a tablet-based photo system to document every order before sealing
Enter shipments into FedEx and UPS shipping systems
Keep inventory organized and rotated correctly
What we're looking for:
Reliable transportation — you need to be here, on time, every scheduled day
Comfortable lifting and carrying boxes up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
Good reading comprehension — you'll follow written part numbers and step-by-step instructions exactly
Basic computer comfort — entering data into web-based shipping systems
Someone who works just as hard whether or not anyone is watching
Careful, detail-oriented — we handle chemical/paint products and accuracy is non-negotiable
Personal phone stays put away during work hours — this is a focus-required environment
What we offer:
Steady Monday–Friday schedule, no nights or weekends
$16–18/hr to start based on experience, with a pay review at 90 days
