About the Role:
Fuze HR Solutions is currently hiring dependable and detail-oriented Cleaning Ladies for weekend construction cleanup projects throughout the Las Vegas area. This position is ideal for individuals with residential, commercial, or construction cleaning experience who are looking for steady weekend work on active job sites.
You’ll be responsible for helping maintain clean, safe, and organized construction areas as projects move toward completion.

Responsibilities:
• Perform construction site cleaning, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and wiping surfaces
• Remove debris and ensure work areas are clean and safe
• Clean and prepare finished units, restrooms, and common areas as needed
• Follow all on-site safety procedures and directions from supervisors
• Use appropriate cleaning tools and supplies for each task
• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily cleaning goals

Requirements:
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites (required)
• Previous cleaning experience (residential, commercial, or construction cleanup)
• Must have basic PPE such as gloves and safety glasses
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Ability to follow directions and work independently when needed
