Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- At least 2 years of driving experience
- DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain one)
- Moving industry experience preferred
- Ability to safely drive 26-foot box trucks
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Able to lift 75+ lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company moving trucks
- Lead a moving crew on residential and commercial moves
- Protect customers' furniture and homes
- Load and unload household goods efficiently
- Complete paperwork and communicate with dispatch
- Deliver a five-star customer experience on every job
