We are seeking an experienced plumber to handle plumbing maintenance, repairs, and installations across our portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
***This is an On Call Position***
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems (leaks, clogs, pipe bursts, etc.)
- Install and maintain water heaters, fixtures, and piping systems
- Respond to emergency plumbing issues in a timely manner
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and provide clear documentation of work performed
