Phantom Fireworks is the nation’s leading consumer fireworks retailer, known for high-quality products and a fast-paced seasonal operation. We are currently seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our Nevada team in an Operations/Warehouse role with strong potential for advancement into leadership positions.
Position Summary:
This is a hands-on, high-impact role supporting warehouse operations, construction projects, and distribution logistics during our busiest season. The first 100 days will be intensive and require a strong work ethic, flexibility, and commitment. Top performers will be considered for advancement into supervisory and management roles.
Key Responsibilities:
● Assist with warehouse operations including receiving, staging, and distributing inventory
● Support site setup and light construction of retail locations and storage facilities
● Load/unload shipments and maintain organized inventory systems
● Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and distribution
● Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
● Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to meet operational goals Qualifications:
● Previous warehouse, operations, or construction experience preferred
● Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work on your feet for extended periods
● Comfortable working outdoors and in high-heat conditions
● Basic computer literacy (inventory systems, email, spreadsheets)
● Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to work long hours
● Positive attitude and interest in growing into a leadership role
● Driver’s License Required
