Homeowner in NW Las Vegas needs an experienced handyman for recurring work at my personal residence located close to the Skye Canyon Park Drive@Hwy95 exit. Ideally, I would like to establish a regular relationship with a handyman who would be available to make house calls when needed. Someone who lives close-by would be ideal. Seeking a dependable person to call when issues come up. You must speak English, have transportation and your own hand-tools. Must be able to remedy/repair typical issues that a single-family home will eventually need. Items needed to be addressed now:

Landscape and Landscape Irrigation repair
Electrical troubleshooting with multiple single and double pole wall light switch replacement. Have experience troubleshooting electrical issues. Seeking someone with at least 5 years of experience-----no "learning on the job".
